Originally from Southern California, Adam’s adventurous nature moved him to Seattle, WA in February 2007. His career in accounting and finance began in the audit and assurance practice of a local public accounting firm during which time he became a Certified Public Accountant and remains active to this day. His work spanned a myriad of industries including professional services, hospitality, manufacturing and technology to name a few.

The knowledge and expertise accumulated over 8 years led him to be recruited by a Seattle firm specialized in helping clients in the small-to-medium business market. His skills were utilized to assist technology, retail, education and manufacturing clients work through accounting, finance and performance turnarounds with the goal of driving enterprise growth and profitability in preparation for merger and acquisition transactions.

Most recently, Adam was recruited to the roles of CFO and COO for a private company based in Bellevue, WA with +$15 million in revenue and +160 employees. In the 3 years leading up to brokering the sale of the business to an international partnership, Adam oversaw 38% revenue growth, secured financing and managed a $13 million new construction build, implemented several scalable enterprise solutions and handled the legal, insurance and human resources functions of the company.

The common thread throughout his career has been his love of helping a variety of companies realize their full potential and he continues to do so now as owner and founder of Fulcrum Consulting.
